“Running comprised an integral part of my weekly routine, but unfortunately, that took a toll on my knees and when I dislocated a disk in my neck, my doctor gave me strict instructions to seek lower impact forms of exercise. Yoga and Pilates require a level of stillness, focus and patience that I have yet to achieve so those were out! I read online about the wonders of barre and decided to try it.”
